Type HHAB and HHABW Black Hard Hat Adapters
These nylon hard hat adapters are classified as HHAB and HHABW; the HHAB fits on cap style hard hats, while the HHABW fits on most full brim hard hat styles. Many types of face shields will easily install on your hard hat with these adapters.
For hard hats that do not have a universal slot on the sides, the Pyramex hard had adapter has a spring that secures to the back dome of the hard hat.

Type HHAA and HHAAW Aluminum Hard Hat Adapters
Pyramex has also designed the Aluminum Hard Hat Adapters, HHAA, for cap style hard hats, and HHAAW for full brim hard hats. This adapter will fasten an assortment of face shields to your hard hat. Again, you are able to raise the face shield to inspect your work, or lower it when you need additional safety.
