Introducing the custom sized childrens hard hats. This hard hat is not an OSHA approved hard hat, and should not be used for safety on the jobsite. However, the hard hat can be worn for playing in the yard, parties, and just to look like mom or dad.

The kids hard hat is made for children 3 and up and comes with an adjustable headband to fit most kids. Larger kids with a hat size over 6, can wear the MSA OSHA approved hard hat available here.

Lastly custom text decals can be attached proudly showing the hard working kiddo's name.

OccuNomix has designed the sporty style, fun to wear Baseball Cap Bump Cap, "BCBC", which has a solid PE (Polyethylene Shell) inside. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports that one-third of impact injuries to the head were experienced by workers who ran into immobile objects when not wearing head protection.
In work settings where hard hats are not mandated, these "BCBC's" offer security from scuffs and bumps, along with a one size fits all, high profile, 6 panel design.
The top of cap has holes for air flow, and inside is the separate hard plastic Polyethylene (PE) Shell. This cap insert surrounds top, front and both sides of head and incorporates matching holes for cooling ventilation and foam padding against head to fit comfortably.
